Shipping policy

After you have successfully placed an order, our Sales Department will contact you via the phone number you provided to verify the order, and notify you of the time you will receive the goods, along with other necessary information:

Delivery and shipping costs:
Party A delivers the goods to Party B's sales location.

*) For orders within Hanoi city
- For orders from 3,000,000 VND or more, Party A supports shipping costs.
- For orders under 3,000,000 VND, Party B shall bear the shipping costs.

*) For orders outside Hanoi and other provinces
- For distances from 50km to 100km, with orders from 20,000,000 VND - 30,000,000 VND or more, Party A will support shipping costs.
- For distances from 100km to 500km, with orders from 30,000,000 - 55,000,000 or more, Party A will support shipping costs.
- For orders below the regulations, Party B shall bear the shipping costs.

*) Other cases
- For orders below the specified level, Party A can combine orders with agents at the same location or on the same route or transfer to the bus station designated by Party B (Party B will pay the transportation fee from the bus station to the receiving location).
