Return policy

1. GENERAL REGULATIONS:

• The return/exchange policy applies to customers/stores/dealers who purchase products from Trang Tien Ice Cream Joint Stock Company.
• Customers have the right to exchange products if they purchase defective goods (products with strange odors, damaged, broken, or deformed) or products that have expired.
• Items not eligible for exchange/return: Products of poor quality due to failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions regarding usage or storage standards.
  

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS

• Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. If there are any problems with the product, please contact the hotline directly for resolution.
• Products can only be exchanged/returned if the customer presents the relevant documents (original retail invoice/VAT invoice/Goods handover record).
  

3. CASES FOR RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Poor quality, expired, or technically defective products >> One-to-one replacement upon customer request.
