After you complete your order, our Sales Department will proactively contact you via the phone number you provided to confirm the order, inform you of the estimated delivery time , and provide other necessary information related to delivery.

1. SHIPPING PARTNERS & SERVICE AREA

  • Delivery partners: We partner with Grab to ensure fast and flexible delivery.
  • Delivery area: Applies within a maximum radius of 10 km from the store.

2. DELIVERY FEE SCHEDULE (UPDATED 2025)

  • Delivery fees are automatically calculated based on Grab's current pricing at the time of ordering and within a radius of no more than 10 km.
  • We are committed to not charging any additional fees beyond the fare set by Grab.

Estimated fare:

  • GrabExpress Super Speed: Starting price is approximately 16,000 VND – 20,000 VND for the first 2–3 km . For subsequent kilometers, the fare is increased according to Grab's price list (approximately 5,000 VND/km ), applicable within a maximum radius of 10 km.
  • GrabExpress Priority: This service prioritizes finding drivers faster , especially during peak hours. The fare may be higher than the regular service , but in return, it guarantees faster delivery, minimizes waiting times, and remains within a 10km radius.

Please note any additional charges (if applicable):
 The final total fare may vary due to certain surcharges as per Grab's regulations , such as:

  • Weather surcharge (heavy rain, prolonged heatwave).
  • Peak hour surcharge applies.
  • Additional charges may apply if the itinerary is changed at your request.

3. DELIVERY AND RECEIPT PROCESS

  • Packaging: For ice cream products , we use cardboard boxes or styrofoam containers (depending on the order value and quantity) to ensure product quality during transportation, especially under the weather conditions in Ho Chi Minh City.
  • Receiving and inspecting goods: Please stay in contact and answer the Grab driver's call, and check the product's condition immediately upon receipt to ensure your rights are protected.
