Product return policy

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS:
- The exchange/return policy applies to customers/stores/agents who purchase products from Trang Tien Ice Cream Joint Stock Company.
- Customers have the right to return products of poor quality (products with strange smells, not intact, broken, dented), or expired products.
- Group of goods not applicable for exchange/return:
+ Poor quality products due to failure to follow manufacturer's instructions on usage or storage standards.

2. CONDITIONS FOR EXCHANGE AND RETURN OF GOODS
- Customers must check the product upon delivery. If there is a problem with the product, contact the Hotline directly for resolution.
- Products can only be exchanged/returned when the customer presents them with relevant documents (Original retail invoice/VAT invoice/Goods delivery receipt).

3. CASES OF EXCHANGE AND RETURN
Poor quality products, expired or technically defective.
=> One for one exchange according to customer's request
